It’s been awhile since if posted anything onto this blog, theres been quite alot a changes since the last time.

Moved back home, for various reasons.

Applied for uni, which is looking promising.

Started a new business with a good friend.

Found out ill be attending my brothers wedding in November.

Reverted to past interests of film and began writing a screenplay.

Overall, it’s going pretty well. Just need to find some part time work to build some cashflow.

Im going to start tagging my update posts with numbers now since it will be easier to track and what not.
So last time I posted ive just been trying to get some B&R stuff orginised, if these plans do come alive then it will be huge for me and the B&R name so hopefully something comes of it.

There has been a tour announcement in AUS in MAY which is called the Destroy Music Tour which is such a beastly lineup consisting of The Amity Affliction, I Killed The Prom Queen, Deez Nuts & Of Mice & Men. Im seriously thinking about heading over to one of the shows since ive allways been a big fan of IKTPQ and now that they have Jamie Hope as singer (picture below), im sure it would be a awesome show.

Destroy Music Link :

Also ive been thinking about study opitions for next year, I think at this point in time ill be going to AUT for a BCT, Bachelor In Creative Technologies and major in Moving Image since ive allways had an interest in editing and presenting video projects to people, so I think that would be awesome to do.

So until update #2, PEACE!

Heres the results for the 126 card:

Main card

* Bantamweight bout: Miguel Torres vs. Antonio Banuelos
Torres defeated Banuelos via unanimous decision (30–27, 30–27, 30–27).
– This was a good fight, Torres was looking good as usual. Hope theres a title fight again involving this dude cause hes crazy.
* Welterweight bout: Jake Ellenberger vs. Carlos Eduardo Rocha
Ellenberger defeated Rocha via split decision (27–30, 29–28, 29–28).

* Light Heavyweight bout: Jon Jones vs. Ryan Bader
Jones defeated Bader via submission (guillotine choke) at 4:20 of round 2.
– Was backing Bader for this fight but Jones fliped a choke on him which was dam impressive, its pretty cool that now he gets to fight for the light heavy title since Rashard blew out his knee in training.

* Light Heavyweight bout: Forrest Griffin vs. Rich Franklin
Griffin defeated Franklin via unanimous decision (29–28, 29–28, 29–28).
– Pretty even fight imo, Wanted Franklin to win by decision but didnt come through.

* Middleweight Championship bout: Anderson Silva (c) vs. BVitor Belfort
Silva defeated Belfort via KO (strikes) at 3:25 of round 1 to retain the UFC Middleweight Championship.
– WELL… this fight was short and suprising, Vitor got some hits in a Silva felt em before Silva delivered a HUGE kick straight up to Vitors chin and KOd him for quite awhile. Everyone was surprised to say the least, shit was crazy!

– Going to a Monarko game evening tonight with a mate that got some invites, hopefully jam some Marvel 3 which will be cool, releasing next week!
– Work tomorrow night, get some more money.
– And Tauranga next weekend!

Sitting here and watching the final minutes of a movie called Roadkill, which is awesome to say the least.
Christmas day and Boxing day went really well, eat way to much and caught up with mates I hadnt seen in a long time which is allways nice.
Now the only thing left this year is New Years which I will be spending in Fletchers Bay out near the Coromandel, not entirely sure what area its in but its out those ways anyway. Then after that work throughout next year and hopefully kickstart B&R.
Until then ill be posting in 2011, this blogs been a pretty cool thing to update throughout 2010 so hopefully I can do the same with cooler and more interesting stuff throughout 2011.

Fully finished moving into my new place today, its pretty cool, my rooms alot bigger than my last but im sharing with my brother which can be good and bad but thats another thing all together. The location makes for less noise than my last place which is good and its located near vic park which is good for getting your jog on haha. I plan to do more excercise next year/after the holidays. Ill do 2-3 final posts for 2010 and then it will be 2011, time for bigger and better things!

Just finished the second to last week of MAINZ today and what ive got coming up this weekend is MEAN! Friday ive head down to Hamilton for the MAINZ dip tour and help out down there then we head to Rotarua and Tauranga on the Saturday and the DIPS play at Astrolabe at The Mount. Aswell as that the Waterwalkers tour is on the Saturday aswell at The Scout Hall jsut up the road with a tonne of fucking sweet bands (Saving Grace, Cast Them To Ruin, Creations, The Legacy and The Ember Days) so ill deffs be hitting that up and hopefully getting some video footage for Youtube.

And to top it off my dad arrives home in Tauranga from overseas which will be cool to finally hang with him considering the last time I saw him was 2 and abit years ago. Then back up to Auckland for the finally week of MAINZ which ill be partying for at the end of the week with the DIPMEM Family 🙂
Update later next week or after the Waterwalkers show with pictures and video etc.

Man I have updated this blog in ages but thats because ive been kinda busy with class work and a few other distractions… This week I went to the Cancer Bats show on the 14th at Kings Arms which was pretty awesome, they have the best stage presence ive seen from a band and in the Kings Arms it made it all the better. A few songs that they played were Pneumonia Hawk (which was awesome as hell), Hail Destroyer, Lucifer’s Rocking Chair, Doomed to Fail and the Beastie Boys cover Sabotage (which was cool as hell to hear live) so overall it was a good performance and alot better than there one with Bring Me The Horizon last year.
Last night was the triple headliner of Parkway Drive, The Devil Wears Prada and The Ghost Inside which was easilt one of my top 3 concerts of all time, The Ghost Inside was killing it and they were the ones that I wanted to see the most on the lineup a few songs they played were Unspoken, Between The Lines and Faith or Forgiveness. I ended up getting a sick shirt from there merch stand after the show, ill have to post a picture of it sometime. Next band was The Devil Wears Prada which sounded average through the P.A but they played a few goodies that I knew like Outnumbered, Dogs Can Grow Beards All Over and Danger: Wildman and I also ended up with Andy Tricks bass pik at the end of the night. And finally the last band that played was Parkway Drive, they were all right, the show at Ellen Mellvile Hall in 07 was alot better than this because they played alot of songs from Killing With A Smile, this time around it was more off Deep Blue and Horizons which is still good but I like KWAS alot more than any other releases.

So apart from those two concerts ive just been bogged down with heaps of class work and jamming some of the new Halo game which im nearly finished GS wise.

B&R wise ive got a few ideas that im still tossing around that I might chuck into motion just for experience, hopefully it comes alive, if so its going to be a sweet summer this year and next…

More updates soon…..!!!
